   As a member of the Global Technology Partnerships team, my responsibilities start with the management of AI exploratory projects with the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab and with BSC project teams that align with business strategies across different divisions and functions. This also includes the following- Partner globally to deliver technologies aligned with needs of Boston Scientific (BSC) divisions and functions- Support program and project management activities with internal and external collaborations focused on early-stage AI/machine learning initiatives with potential impact ranging from improving operational efficiency to developing breakthrough medical therapies- Help grow BSC’s AI capabilities, capture AI project management best practices, and work with teams on business case development. Other Responsibilities: · Work with exploratory teams to prepare data, plan model development experiments, develop business cases, and assess implementation/transfer · Manage expectations and scope across internal and external project team members · Assist in developing metrics and achieving milestones to improve our products and solutions · Identify and translate customer or business needs into technical requirements, engaging stakeholders as needed. · Coordinate, manage and document project schedules, goals, risks, and progress and recommends appropriate revisions. · Build and maintain strong working relationships at multiple levels of the organization. · Predict and resolve ambiguities, remove bottlenecks and balance customer needs vs. technical constraints · Drive communication and lead meetings with customers and executives
