   Collaborated on multiple phases of fast-paced projects by using problem-solving, communication, and management skills for world-class clients such as The Flatley Company, Columbia University, and Related Beal- Our design team was responsible for the feasibility analysis and master planning of a mix-used development of SF in Charlestown MA. While in an ongoing process, our team pushed the design’s vision forward through public reviews with the city of Boston and the community of Charlestown- Ongoing coordination and clear communication with VHB, JLL, real estate consultants (Sullivan Company), and Landscape architects (James Corner Field Operations). Prepared weekly client presentations and well-narrated visuals that convinced the client to move forward with the master plan- Collaborated on Schematic Design set for a laboratory building in Columbia University’s Russ Berry’s extension, and fulfilled 100% Schematic Design- Collaborated on a 5 people team for Hangzhou Future Science & Culture City Masterplan design- In charge of designing the civic buildings, the landscape, and the public realm activities for the entire project followed by visualizations to provide a compelling narrative.
