About Isaac Srulevich
I am a dual major in Hospitality Administration/Management and EcoGastronomy at the University of New Hampshire, building a strong foundation in sustainable food systems, hospitality leadership, and operational management. My academic focus centers on how environmentally responsible practices and thoughtful culinary innovation can improve both guest experiences and organizational efficiency.I currently work at Carv, where I support kitchen operations as a dishwasher and cook. This role has strengthened my skills in teamwork, high-volume workflow management, time efficiency, and maintaining quality standards under pressure. I take pride in contributing to a smooth, collaborative, and well-organized kitchen environment. In addition to my hospitality experience, I am the owner of Isaac’s Baked Goods, a small business specializing in handcrafted baked items. Running this venture has allowed me to develop skills in entrepreneurship, product development, customer engagement, and small-scale food production, while fueling my creativity and passion for baking.During the summer, I expanded my academic experience by participating in a research program at Clemson University, studying how natural deep eutectic substances (NADES) affect enzymatic activity. This opportunity deepened my analytical and scientific skills, strengthened my understanding of sustainable biochemical processes, and broadened my perspective on how science and food systems intersect. Before attending UNH, I graduated high school with a 4.69 weighted GPA and served as President of the Multicultural Cooking Club at SCGSSM, where I led cultural food-centered events and collaborated with diverse student groups to highlight global culinary traditions.I am driven by opportunities to integrate sustainability, hospitality excellence, scientific insight, and cultural appreciation. I look forward to contributing to organizations that value innovation, teamwork, and impactful guest experiences.
