ABOUT ISAAC SIEWIN
I am currently pursuing a career in medicine with a strong focus on neurosurgery and the science behind high performance human health, with a long term goal of bridging clinical medicine and medical innovation, particularly in the medical device space, through translational health science that turns research into real patient impact. At Indiana University, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA while transitioning into a rigorous pre med neuroscience track, and I am actively building research experience where I am developing skills in data analysis, experimental design, and critical thinking, with growing interests in brain injury, neurovascular function, and performance optimization. Beyond academics, I serve with Indiana University Dance Marathon, working directly with Riley families in mission driven engagement and fundraising, which has deepened my understanding of the human side of medicine. My background as a varsity athlete has instilled discipline, resilience, and a competitive mindset that I bring into every environment, and I am intentionally expanding my clinical exposure, research involvement, and professional network as I prepare for a future at the intersection of neuroscience, surgery, and medical technology.
