As Commercial Director for North America, I lead the regional strategy and execution for CG Power’s entry and expansion into the U.S, Canadian, and Mexican rail markets. I oversee cross-functional, international teams across commercial, technical, supply chain, and operations functions to deliver growth, operational excellence, and customer value.My role encompasses full-cycle commercial leadership — from market development and account management to long-term contract negotiation and partnership execution. I’m responsible for developing and implementing the North American commercial strategy, driving business development initiatives, and cultivating strategic relationships with Class I, Class II, and Shortline railroads, and service partners.Key responsibilities include: • Managing cross-functional international teams to align global resources with regional objectives. • Developing and executing commercial and market-entry strategies for North America Rail. • Overseeing customer account management and fostering strong, trust-based customer relationships across key industry stakeholders. • Leading contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and long-term value creation. • Building and mentoring a high-performance sales and commercial team, fostering collaboration and accountability. • Managing joint ventures and strategic partnerships to expand CG Power’s product and service capabilities. • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and business planning to support sustainable growth and profitability.
