As an HR Strategy and Planning Leader for Delta Air Lines, I play a vital role in the ongoing multi-year HR transformation. My primary focus is on HR initiatives across the organization, ensuring that significant HR programs support the multi-year strategy and are accomplished in a timely and impactful manner for the enterprise. Working in a dynamic environment, my role involves establishing plans, schedules, and success metrics for programs to deliver on the HR strategy, as well as providing primary facilitation for the execution of Governance Boards, the Human Resources roadmap/strategy, and strategic initiatives set by executive leaders across Delta Air Lines. As an HR leader, I ensure that HR programs are planned for success and accomplished with desired results, on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality to ensure that the employee experience meets Delta\'s high expectations. Additionally, I foster a process improvement mindset and develop repeatability within the work that we do. My role involves guiding senior leaders in board facilitations to support Human Resource Executive Leadership in strategy building, execution, and tracking. I also influence the development, continual update, and execution management for the Human Resources Strategic Roadmap, vision, and additional strategic initiatives through coordination and facilitation of cross-functional senior leaders. I lead and develop a team of specialists who are responsible for the development of project plans, briefing papers, progress updates, and ensuring appropriate and effective communications with key executive stakeholders. I develop board/committee meeting cadence, schedules, agendas, and background materials for board deliberations. I also team up with all stakeholders and identified key staff to pursue organizational strategies, improvements, and initiatives outlined by Executive Leaders.
