ABOUT ISAAC RODRIGUEZ

I’m a mechanical engineering student with hands on experience in robotics, automation, and real world system testing. I worked as a Robot Operator through Insight Global, supporting testing and operation of humanoid robotic systems at Apptronik in Austin. In this role, I helped troubleshoot hardware and motion control issues and worked alongside engineers in a fast paced environment.I’m especially interested in robotics, AI, and medical technology, with a long term focus on prosthetics and advanced systems that improve quality of life. I enjoy working through technical problems, building and testing systems, and finding practical solutions in real world environments. In addition to my technical experience, I’ve led and coached competitive robotics teams, including VEX teams that qualified for World Championships and won state titles. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, and ability to work effectively in team environments.I’m currently seeking internship or entry level opportunities in robotics, automation, or mechanical engineering where I can continue building my skills and contribute to meaningful engineering work.
