ABOUT ISAAC ISIDAHOME-IYOBEBE

I’m a builder at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and computer vision, driven by one recurring question: how do intelligent systems behave in the messy real world, not just clean demos? My work spans full-stack applications, data-driven systems, and AI/ML prototypes, often with a strong human-centered angle. I’ve built interactive React applications with real-time features, voice-driven systems that translate speech into actions, and data dashboards that turn raw numbers into decisions. On the ML side, I’m actively exploring computer vision, model robustness, and perception—particularly where models fail, drift, or encounter edge cases.I’m currently developing ColorSpect, a computer-vision–driven project aimed at improving digital experiences for people with color vision deficiencies. The project reflects my broader interests: accessibility, perception, and how algorithms interpret the world differently than humans do.I gravitate toward problems that are technically challenging, slightly uncomfortable, and deeply educational—from liveness detection via iris analysis to testing object detection models under distribution shifts. I enjoy understanding systems from the ground up: the math, the data, the APIs, the UI, and the glue code holding it all together.I’m continuously learning, shipping, breaking things, and rebuilding them better—especially in Python, JavaScript, React, ML/CV tooling, and cloud-based workflows. Long term, I’m interested in roles where I can work on intelligent systems, applied AI, or software that meaningfully interacts with the physical or perceptual world.Curiosity is the constant. The rest is iteration.
