As a Maintenance Engineer I am responsible for the operation of production equipment in all areas of the facility. This includes planned maintenance, technical support during machine breakdowns, and scheduling of optimal time for repairs or revisions. This role will also support the start up of a new manufacturing facility and will evolve from training at our corporate headquarters in Italy before returning to the US where a leadership role will be taken in training of employees, leading shift, start-up operations, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
