I\'m coming up on 15 years of working primarily in fintech, and am passionate about solving problems and helping our clients overcome barriers to \'Go Live.\' I have also been shaped by 14+ years of martial arts training with some of the best MMA athletes in the world, and I bring the martial artist\'s mindset with me to work each day. My mission is to enhance our client engagement through exceptional technical support and innovative solutions, ensuring that my work is in lockstep with the organization\'s go-forward strategy. I also act as a developer advocate, receiving and relaying feedback from our client developers directly to our product/engineering teams, and often lean on my experience as a Principal Product Manager to help design the API enhancements I suggest internally. At Elavon, I have the dual role of guiding a talented, specialized team to maintain and expand our test platforms and collaborating directly with strategic clients to deliver compelling Proof of Concepts. This involves hands-on work with html, javascript, php, python, and API tools like Postman and Insomnia, reinforcing my commitment to delivering cutting-edge payment functionality and fostering successful technical partnerships.In short, I help solve some of the most complex and financially impactful problems by combining a technical skillset with business acumen.
