About Isaac Etter

Are you a busy professional who looks successful on paper, but feels overwhelmed, distracted, or unsure of where you’re actually headed?Have you achieved a lot, yet feel like something’s missing? Do you want to refocus on what truly matters and channel your energy there.without burning out?If so, you’re not alone. For over a decade, I was successful by external standards—health, fitness, career, investments. But internally, I struggled. I believed that if I just worked hard, said yes to everything, and did my best, fulfillment would eventually follow. Instead, I found myself stuck in a cycle of intense motivation followed by burnout and frustration, all while trying to maintain the image that everything was “fine.”Looking back, my motivation was misdirected. I was driven by approval, perfectionism, and a deep fear of disappointing others. I said yes when I shouldn’t have. I confused people-pleasing with being helpful. I didn’t know my values, so I chased too many things at once—starting strong, stalling out, and avoiding failure by overthinking instead of acting. When we started having kids, the cracks became impossible to ignore. Juggling work, relationships, and life felt exhausting. Goals stopped feeling exciting and started feeling heavy. I knew something had to change.Through coaching, reflection, and hard honesty, I began to uncover what was really driving me—and holding me back. I clarified my values, learned to manage my time and energy intentionally, and reframed failure as a necessary part of growth instead of something to avoid. I realized I already had the skills to succeed; I just wasn’t aiming them at what mattered most. That’s why I chose to step into coaching—for myself and for others.Since then, I’ve become a more present husband and father, taken my family on adventures we used to postpone, hit strength PRs I never thought possible, led stronger work initiatives, embraced a more intentional and minimal lifestyle, and finally started the business I talked about for years. I’ve signed up for marathons, redesigned our landscape, and now live with clarity, focus, and purpose. If you’ve realized you’re no longer on a path fueled by passion—if you feel called to more but don’t know where to start—my 12-week program is designed to help you regain control, remove the blockers, and build a life aligned with what truly matters to you.
