After 3+ years of leaving Belvedere- a place where my Lidl career started to embark on a new phase of my development journey. I have been very blessed to have worked with incredible colleagues both in Germany and back in our national head office as a Director of Sales Organisation. I have experienced personal growth, gained invaluable insights, context, broader perspective/global awareness, improved skills, enhanced leadership abilities, innovative ideas, adaptability, cultural sensitivity, networking opportunities, resilience which is all fundamental to my continued growth both as an individual as well as a Leader in an increasingly interconnected world. It’s been an absolute privilege to have worked alongside some excellent Directors, colleagues as well as benefitted from the unique opportunity of being mentored, guided, and supported by various Board of Directors which helped to create the enabling environment for the various successes and initiatives that the team was able to develop in support of our Strategic objectives as a Business. I am extremely proud and humbled to be sharing that I have been given a new responsibility of managing one of the most Iconic Regions in GB - the Belvedere London Region as a Regional Director. I would like to thank my incredible former team in Sales organisation for their amazing/unwavering support, dedication, commitment, and camaraderie throughout my time in the department which helped to create very treasured memories. As I reflect on my first month in the new Role - I would like to appreciate my Amazing New Leadership team in Belvedere for helping to facilitate my seamless transition. As we strive for greatness together, I look forward to celebrating our collective achievements.#We are always in the lookout for Amazing Talents to join the team - Feel free to preview our recruitment site for current and future Belvedere opportunities.
