Reached out to over 400 people in plans to recruit new members to the fraternity. Had over hundreds of one on one conversations with students who were interested in joining our fraternity. I had to deal with customer service-related situations dealing with financial situations and outside opinions about the matter.

ABOUT ISAAC EDELSTEIN
During my four years at bandy camp, I can proudly say that I have made a good impersonation on my fellow councilors and managers. I get along well with the head manager of the camp, her and I have a great relationship. The kids that I council seem to take a liking to me. I try to create an inclusive environment in which every kid is able to have fun. I try to make bandy a welcoming place and make sure no one is left out. I have very good customer service attributes, and the parents of the kids seem to like me a lot as well. Sometimes the parents give me gift cards based off of my good work. I have a great time at bandy camp, early mornings and late nights don\'t upset me at all, I am just happy to be out and about doing something productive.
