As Engineering Manager for North America at FAULHABER, I lead a diverse, high-performing engineering organization spanning design, configuration management, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and advanced R&D. My teams deliver precision motion solutions that power critical applications in medical technology, robotics, aerospace, defense, industrial automation, optics, and semiconductor manufacturing.I oversee a multidisciplinary group of engineers, technicians, and project managers whose expertise ranges from micro-motion R&D and advanced materials research to CAD/CAM design, CNC manufacturing, production engineering, and complex system testing.
