I worked with SAP for 18 years, mainly in the sector of innovation, learning, creativity & collaboration. Shepreneur of \"Life Innovation Mindset\". My inner joy lies in helping people to become aware of their values, strengths, interests and talents in life in order to then be able to make better decisions and to bring their life and work into harmony. Many of us feel lost or insecure in the constant change of digitization and its consequences. It is essential for each of us to understand that we do have the skills together to learn the key qualifications of the future. In my opinion, these include the following topics: decisiveness, creative thinking and error culture. These 3 main focal points must be established in the successful companies of the future as well as in us humans in order to start happily, satisfied and successfully in an ever changing future.About me: After 18 years as an innovation expert at the global software concert, SAP, I started my own business in 2020 as a certified \"Life Designer\". Creativity, innovative thinking, New Work and collaboration were and will remain my main focus. I am the mother of 2 almost grown-up children, a whale lover and sometimes I have to be a plumber, although I don\'t like it and I am not good at it.My personal strengths: I think I have understood over the last 10 years that I have the talent to tirelessly come up with new concepts and creative methods. In doing so, I am often ahead of the times and trends. For many year, I didn\'t know that I had this talent. Therefore, I hope that with my talent I can help many people to live out their strengths in life happily and that I can also possibly inspire them.My weakness: I\'ve never had to show so much patience as during Corona years. I am a quick decision maker and a pioneer. And like all of you, I was stopped by Corona.
