I\'ve spent the last 7+ years building automation frameworks that actually work at scale.My career has been rooted in quality engineering, but what I really do is connect the dots between testing, data integrity, and delivery speed. At CrossCountry Mortgage, I led the automation transformation from the ground up. I designed Playwright based frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing, wired everything into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and built MongoDB backed utilities that validate loan records with precision. Most recently I\'ve pushed into AI and MCP driven testing, implementing self healing locator strategies that keep tests resilient even as applications change rapidly.Beyond the technical work, I care about building teams that know what they\'re doing. I\'ve mentored QA engineers at every level and built onboarding standards that are now used across the entire department at CCM. Good automation culture doesn\'t happen by accident.
