I independently lead the full cycle of teacher management in a fast-growing EdTech company with over 100 freelance educators across four digital professions (incl. IT & design). My responsibilities cover: • Recruitment & onboarding: Developed and scaled onboarding systems for diverse teaching teams (DE/EN/RU-speaking), ensuring smooth integration and fast adaptation. • AI-powered quality assurance: Designed and implemented a quality monitoring framework based on AI-assisted tools (e.g. automatic feedback analysis, lesson audits), significantly reducing manual supervision time. • Process automation: Standardized and digitized communication flows, performance reviews, and training pathways, enabling consistency and transparency across the school. • Cross-functional leadership: Act as the sole point of contact for all academic issues, solving scheduling, curriculum adaptation, and teacher support needs — without assistants or coordinators. • Intercultural management: Foster collaboration across teams from different countries, aligning expectations and maintaining high educational standards globally.This role demands strategic thinking, operational autonomy, and a strong ability to manage complexity with limited resources — all while continuously improving student satisfaction and teaching outcomes.
