Conducting a full recruitment cycle- Recruitment strategy: I develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization\'s talent needs. This involves understanding the company\'s goals, culture, and staffing needs and then developing plans to meet those needs- Search for candidates: I actively seek out candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct contacts. This may also include attending job fairs, industry events, and networking- Selection of candidates: Once candidates have applied or been identified, I review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess the candidates\' qualifications and fit with the organization. This may include skills assessments, background checks and references- Coordinating interviews: I coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels. Ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process is critical to creating a positive candidate experience- Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate job offers, including compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment. This requires an understanding of market rates, company policies, and legal aspects- Support at the initial stage: Once candidates accept an offer, I also provide them with support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the organization- Continuous improvement: I am committed to continuously reviewing and improving recruiting processes and practices to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and enhance the candidate experience. This may include implementing new tools and technologies, refining strategies, and providing training for hiring managers and team members.
