HR management for Invia Flights Germany GmbH as well as responsibility for the entire spectrum of personnel management, including payroll accounting- Responsibility for strategic and operational HR topics in cooperation with the company management- Professional and disciplinary management of the HR department- Advising the management on all HR, labour law and strategic issues with a focus on talent acquisition, development and expansion of employer branding, employee development, employee retention, digitalisation-Continuous development of the HR organisation, processes and tools and their implementation-Design and support of organisational development measures, of change processes, as well as a role model for corporate culture- Initiation and implementation of HR projects throughout the entire employee lifecycle (attraction, recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, separation)-Design and reporting of HR KPIs, operational and strategic HR controlling. Operational HR management and personnel support for individual departments-Ensuring and implementing statutory requirements and legal framework conditions-Central contact person for internal and external audits and inspections-Cooperation with external partners, e.g. personnel service providers, relocation agency.
