About Irwin Hipsman
After leaving Forrester, I had to decide what\'s next. Start up another customer marketing program, consult with companies about customer marketing, or start my own business. Door #3 felt right. In the past year, I\'ve learned a lot and pivoted a few times. What\'s the problem I am trying to solve? At every company I have been at, the customer contact database was being squeezed. Nobody owned it, nobody seemed to care, and it made everybody\'s job that much harder.My mission is to help customers transform their customer contact database into an advantage. I focus on1- Original research into the customer marketing and advocacy space2- Partnerships that work with their customers to update, enrich, and expand customer contact databases3- Supporting customer lifecycle marketers
