About Irvin Juarez
My experience interning as a Therapist trainee at Covenant Behavioral Health cemented my passion for helping others through the mental health field. Working numerous hours with youth, families, couples and veterans, I was able to gain experience in helping diverse populations. Finding my love, working with couples and marriages in the process as well as youths. I have roughly 6 months of experience working with clients face to face as well as recently earning my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I currently am a certified Psych Armor Institute Certified Veteran Ready Healthcare Provider, Certified Level 1 Lay Clinical counselor, CAMFT member and a SBIRT Certified Counselor from Azusa Pacific University SBIRT training. I have a strong tie to the Hispanic community through my family, friends and church community. I am bilingual in Spanish and primarily focus on therapy using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Behavior Modification Therapy.
