Follow up with interfacing department for component development and propose solution to overcome development issues for specified SPMs projects. Provide ideas for cost reduction, design improvement and presenting to management. Design and prepare detailed drawings of hydraulics related parts through UG NX & CATIA V6To acquire knowledge of regulations, cost, quality (durability / reliability), emerging trends in technology. Release drawing through PLM. Product BOM preparation and control. Promoting Parts to EP, Major Revision Evolution & Duplicating any Part and Assembly Structure. Create Hydraulic routing from Schematic Diagrams in 3D (Tubing module CATIA V6) andVice-versa. Design and prepare detailed drawings of hydraulics related parts in 2D & 3D format. Understand customer requirements and prepare Conceptual design and development of mechanical assemblies, mechanisms and validation of load carrying members Responsible for Supporting with design solutions to German Designer Clients with their new development Projects and Machines from initial pre-launch phase, prototype phase till the end of mass production phase drawings & assembly release. Interact with European clients, provided support to them in Hydraulics System Design, Schematics Preparation, Routing of Hydraulics Pipes & Flexible Hoses, Selection of Various Hydraulics Valves, Hydraulics Calculations, Material Selection of Pipes, Assembly Design, Greasing Systems, Update Drawing (Assembly Drawing + Sheet metal Drawing), Digital Mock Up Analysis, BOM Synthesis, Project Management for Assembly Specification.
