Designed for peak-season surges—~2 million daily interactions—with auto-scaling, rate limiting, caching, and queue-backpressure to maintain low latency and high reliability.Agentic AI for Core PMFBY Workflows: Enabled agentic automation for premium calculation, claim status, policy status, and crop loss intimation, integrating insurer/state APIs and business rules. Reduced manual handling, accelerated turnaround, and improved consistency in answers.State-Aware RAG for Policy Accuracy: Built retrieval pipelines that encode state/season/year/crop/AY/TY metadata so farmers get state-specific, OG-compliant responses. Iterated model quality with judicious fine-tunes and guardrails to suppress hallucinations and maintain traceability to sources.PMFBY LMS (PAN-India Enablement): Delivered a multilingual Learning Management System with video gallery, quizzes/assessments, certifications (unique serial + QR verification), and analytics—standardizing capacity building across banks, insurers, CSCs, and state officers.Reliability & Performance at Scale: Hardened Linux/Nginx stacks, introduced CDN and Redis layers, and implemented SLIs/SLOs with actionable alerts and runbooks.Security, Privacy & Compliance: Completed end-to-end audits with CERT-In empanelled agencies; closed priority findings. Rolled out a Responsible Tech Charter aligned to DPDP Act and NIST CSF.Developer Productivity & Standardization: Instituted CI/CD, branch policies, test coverage gates, performance budgets, and service templates.
