Technical System ManagementElectrical Systems: Oversee the Maintenance and Operations of all Electrical Panels and Equipment.Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute Scheduled PPM for all panels and electrical equipment.Utilities Oversight: Oversee the operation and maintenance of Plumbing Systems, including the RO (Reverse Osmosis), WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant).Emergency Power: Manage and maintain DG Sets (Diesel Generators).Safety and Fire: Manage the Fire Fighting System and ensure all operations adhere to Safety Protocols by creating Work Permits in coordination with the Safety team.Vendor and Procurement ManagementVendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Vendors.Quotation & Contract: Arrange and process Quotations for services and materials.Procurement (SAP): Initiate Material Purchase Requests and Vendor Work Requests in SAP, and follow up with the Purchase Department to ensure timely delivery.Reporting, Audit, and ComplianceTechnical Audits: Conduct Monthly Technical Audits for all Restaurants and Retail Units.Reporting: Prepare and submit MIS (Management Information System) Reports.Compliance: Provide assistance to senior management during Building Compliance Audits.Coordination and CommunicationLeadership Meetings: Participate in Meetings with Seniors and Management.Power House Liaison: Coordinate with the Power House Technical Team during Power Supply Failures.Client Coordination: Act as the direct liaison for Client Coordination.Helpdesk Management: Coordinate with the Helpdesk Team for all raised tickets and ensure their timely closure.Chargeable Services: Create Paid Forms for client work carried out by technicians on a chargeable basis.General FacilitiesOversee general facility maintenance tasks, including coordination of Paint and Carpenter work.
