Most people don’t fail because they lack talent or ambition.They fail because they break under pressure.I know what it means to keep going when quitting would be easier.I’m the only person from Maine to ever finish the Moab 240 — a 240-mile nonstop ultramarathon through the Utah desert. Fewer than people worldwide have completed it. That experience didn’t teach me motivation. It taught me execution under extreme pressure.Off the trail, I’ve spent more than 30 years leading and scaling businesses, with six company exits and one IPO.
