I am a licensed therapist based in London with 4 years of experience. My experience comes from providing psychotherapeutic counselling for adults with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, relationship and family issues, trauma and abuse & grief and loss. I approach the therapeutic relationship with empathy, sensitivity, personalised care and respect. I have worked with various clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures and a wide range of age groups. My therapy style is integrative, as I apply a combined approach to the therapeutic process, aiming to meet my clients where they are and identify what will work best for them in order to achieve their goals and make the changes they want in their life. I am experienced in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Transactional Analysis. I strive to build a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship with my clients and offer them safe space, compassion, warmth and respect so they can explore themselves deeper, achieve their goals and work towards a more full-filling life!
