My focus is on future manufacturing and process initiatives, including, EBOM/MBOM alignment, ECN/ECM implementation, and process optimization, enabling seamless collaboration between engineering and production teams. Prepare and optimize SOE for assembly operations to improve productivity and reduce cycle time. Develop detailed OMS and work instructions to standardize shop-floor practices. Create and maintain PSD to align product flow with assembly line sequencing. Contribute to PDP by providing process feasibility input for new designs and product launches. Manage ECN/ECM processes for smooth engineering change implementation. Ensure accurate EBOM to MBOM transformation for product data alignment between design and manufacturing. Utilize Creo View and CAD visualization for part analysis and manufacturability reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement. Utilize SAP to manage and validate BOM and ensure accurate data flow between EBOM & MBOM. Collaborate with the OFP team to align manufacturing readiness with production schedules and customer demand.
