Working for OneSubsea joint venture (Schlumberger/Subsea7/Aker Solutions);Taking a lead on operational activities, while looking for areas of improvement in processes including digitalization of processes where possibleAct as a day-to-day operational focal pointManaging the Subsea UKHR inbox for ca. 5,500 employeesHiring and onboarding for staff (hire in People Portal and SAP, e-file contract, escalate any issues, run the HR inductions, carry out right to work and competency compliance checks, check background screening, update starters/leavers checklist etc.)Hiring contractors, sub-contractors, partners etc. in the systemEmployee Relations: support with disciplinary and grievance investigations or minute taking, provide additional support when requiredSupport HRBP with collective consultations/redundancies/severance paymentsTimely process of terminations (system actions, communications, leave buy out etc.)Prepare and issue routine and adhoc reporting (e.g. employee/contractor headcount, holiday reporting, sick pay & absence etc.)Process changes to Ts & Cs (promotions, flexible working, change in working hours % etc.), prepare associated documentation and record in the relevant systemsMaintain and update all P&O templates and work instructionsSupport Senior HR Advisor with audit processesReview policies & procedures ensuring fit for purpose Immigration: ensure visits are compliant with business visitor visaaPrepare visa documentation as required Escalate visa cases to immigration specialists for further supportProvide relevant parties training, development & competence certification on request Keep employee data (starters, leavers and changes) and training certificates updated in Training & Compliance system RIDERApproving external training requests and booking trainings with suppliersCheck suppliers’ invoices against budget tracker and RIDER training bookings
