After 21 years of service in the University of Puerto Rico System, I made a significant career transition three years ago, stepping into a Human Resources and Strategic Initiatives role within the Transportation and Logistics field.Equipped with a master’s in clinical psychology, a robust portfolio of continued education, and executive leadership skills, I have confidently led transformative initiatives. These include pioneering the shift from traditional brick-and-mortar education to distance learning and orchestrating the successful implementation of a payroll software system across seven countries. A passion for networking, business relations, and community outreach led to my appointment as VP of Programs for the Propeller Club – Port of Jacksonville and member of the Business and Industry Leadership Team (BILT) for FSCJ, where I have showcased my commitment to fostering meaningful connections and driving positive change.
