My practice focuses primarily on intellectual property, with a focus on information technology. I counsel clients on the structuring and negotiation of their intellectual property-related deals, maximizing my clients\' commercial exploitation and monetization of their intellectual property assets.l have deep experience negotiating software licenses, technology-related agreements along a product\'s life cycle, international IT services, cross-border cloud and hosting services, international outsourcing, transfer of technology and strategic commercial relationships such as technology distribution channels and OEM agreements. My experience includes a wide array of applications and businesses, with an eclectic practice that goes from the video game industry to social media, from financial applications to mortgage and loan qualification software systems, to name a few. I represent public and private companies in a broad array of corporate and commercial matters, combining pragmatic experience in intellectual property law, with commercial deal-making and international transactions as applicable to companies in tech-centric businesses. My practice regularly includes advising emerging technology companies as they craft strategies to develop, license and distribute proprietary technologies, and I have managed transactions across Europe, Latin America and North America.I can do business in English, Spanish and conversational Portuguese. I have lived and worked in Europe, Latin America and the United States of America.
