As the Director of Operations at Ozner Family Wellness Clinic, I have been directing the day-to-day operational efficiencies of the clinic for nearly seven years, focusing on customer care, retention, and new business development. I have a bachelor\'s degree in sociology and interdisciplinary studies from Florida Atlantic University, and three certifications in sales management, dynamic selling, and initiating and planning projects.With my skills and experience in quality, inventory, and delivery management, I oversee the provision of products and services that meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction. I also manage payroll, onboarding, and team performance, and develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and productivity. Additionally, I have a strong background in event management, having managed events worth approximately two million dollars in revenue for Hilton Worldwide and Big Bach Entertainment, where I coordinated communication, controlled financial processes, and cultivated client relationships. I am passionate about delivering exceptional results within the team, and driving company growth in a competitive market.
