I craft a change management strategy that mitigates risk and maximizes employee engagement and adoption Led the Change Management work stream for IT and HR transformations at a top wealth management firm. I was responsible for the approach and delivery of communications and internal stakeholder alignment. Additionally, I conducted HR & IT training assessments, and held working sessions for internal stakeholders to build buy-in and increase awareness on the changes taking place. The result was a successful completion of the IT transformation and a transition of the work which allowed for continued and uninterrupted change efforts / stakeholder engagement. I researched organization design models for a global company and worked with the project team to provide recommendations for centralizing their franchises. I also created presentation content for the client’s meeting with global leaders.
