Associate Lawyer - Compliance Department (IT, Corporate and Trade Compliance). • IT Law & Data Protection: development and implementation of robust data protection policies and procedures, including drafting and reviewing privacy notices, Impact Assessments (DPIA), Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA) both in the Italian and Swiss markets for multinational companies. Draft and review agreements and other legal documents, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance especially with IT laws, cybersecurity standards, and corporate best practices.• Litigation: drafting appeals for cyber fraud disputes before the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (ABF) and the Criminal Court, as well as for data protection violations and data breach management disputes before the Italian Data Protection Authority.• Corporate Compliance: perform Risk Assessments, Gap analysis and outline mitigation actions to create compliant Organisational Models under the Legislative Decree n.231/01 on corporate criminal liability. Act as monocratic Supervisory Body under D.lgs. n.231/01 of a Foundation operating in the palliative medicine sector. Draft of procedures and policies regarding Anti-bribery/Anti corruption (ISO 37001), Antitrust, H&S - Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Quality management systems (ISO 9001) and Whistleblowing. Prepare opinions and assist clients with AML/KYC matters, and help them submit reports to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Qualified Auditor under ISO 19011 and ISO 37001.• Trade Compliance: provide legal guidance to clients on export controls for Dual Use items under both the Reg. EU 2021/821 and the Italian Legislative Decree n.
