My job has always been a big part of my personality, I have been working since I was 17, and I\'ve loved learning about organizations, training, and project management. I\'ve enjoyed digging in, getting my hands dirty, and discovering how things work and process gaps. One of the most stressful and best experiences has been assigned studies with little information and provided the autonomy to learn via research! Whenever I don\'t understand a process, I look for those who do, and hopefully, they enjoy sharing info as much as I do! Continuous growth and training are not just important to me-they are essential. Without these opportunities, I feel stagnant and my motivation wanes.
