About Iris Leith
I\'ve lived in South Florida for many years, both on the East Coast in Fort Lauderdale and on the West Coast on Ft. Myers Beach and now Cape Coral, Florida. The wonderful climate lured me here from St. Louis, Missouri, in1985 and while I love visiting old friends there, Florida is home! I was born in Germany and have traveled to some wonderful places: Japan, Panama, Puerto Rico, Mexico, The Bahamas, Austria, Germany, Prague, Ecuador and all over our wonderful United States. I\'ve been a licensed Realtor since 1997 and have helped many people from all walks of life with their home finding or home selling experiences. I\'m a firm believer in education and keeping my real estate skills up to date with current trends and licensing laws so that I am well equipped to assist my clients with all their real estate needs. I understand the needs and desires of first time buyers, those wishing to downsize or ready to up-size, relocating or luxury home buyers, retirees or those planning for retirement and wishing to invest in a Florida home in preparation for retirement. I assist my clients with staging for home marketing success and presentation. Traveling worldwide and meeting many people from all walks of life has equipped me with the knowledge of how to understand people and how to work with them towards meeting their goals. I have very high standards of work ethics and professionalism and strive to provide quality service delivered with integrity.
