Find my list of publications here: Iris is currently an Automotive Human Factors PhD Researcher, working part-time as an International Vehicle Standards Intern at the UK Department for Transport and a Research Assistant at the RAC Foundation. She has previously, over the course of her PhD, worked for 3 months as a Human Factors Engineering Research Assistant at BLUESKEYE AI, an AI company that specialises in technology for machine understanding of face and voice behaviour in Nottingham. Her past work experience includes working for a year as a Software Developer at Gadgeon Smart Systems, India, working for 6 months as a Research Assistant with the university\'s School of Computer Science under TAS Hub (Trustworthy Autonomous Systems), and working 1.5 years as a User Researcher at Tyk Technologies, London, an API Management Gateway company. Having worked an almost equal amount of time in both the industry and academia, Iris is proficient with the research skills that are required to be part of a fast-paced tech company as well as in cross-disciplinary collaborative academic research.
