   Lead and/or guide special projects and business processes to improve the operating efficiency of the division. • Assist Executive Manager with coordination and follow up to accomplish company and division-wide initiatives and goals• Work with EVP to prepare for management meetings, including assembly and development of technical presentations on performance of the division and improve format for clear presentation of results and follow-up• Assist the EVP with preparation for Operations Meetings which will include presenting on special initiatives• Coordinate, manage and update inputs to the business plans and strategic plans as part of a long-term growth initiative to increase STV’s presence nationwide.• Monitor Safety programs and oversee development of training programs and completion of required training programs with regular monthly updates to meet yearly goals ahead of year end closing• Take lead and support a new company wide opportunity tracking program for the division including refinement of inputs for business development opportunities, updating of opportunities and review of monthly reports and follow up with regional managers to ensure information is up to date.• Assist and ensure proper analysis and reporting of operational performance and metrics to the EVP and COO on a regular basis working with operating regions and financial departments• Work with regional managers to improve operational efficiency on project mark-ups, estimates to complete, and cashflow • Prepare special reports on key large-scale projects related to financial and technical performance and risks including financial mitigations• Prepare presentations to partnering firms and clients to illustrate STV organization and credentials for specific business opportunities.
