I’m a Staff Product Designer and former architect, focused on how complex systems behave when people need to collaborate, make decisions, and move work forward.I spent over a decade designing in the built environment, leading large, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through construction. That work required navigating real constraints — cost, regulations, phasing, and coordination — and making judgment calls early, because decisions had lasting impact.Transitioning into product design didn’t change how I think; it changed the medium. I now apply the same systems mindset to digital workflows: framing problems early, clarifying constraints, and designing experiences that help teams make better decisions under pressure.At Procore, I lead design for high-impact, system-level workflows across documents, models, and project collaboration. My work spans strategy, vision, prototyping, and cross-functional alignment, with a consistent focus on behavior over fidelity.I’m especially interested in how iteration, tooling, and AI can surface intent earlier — not to replace judgment, but to strengthen it.
