Automation Hero makes Hero_Flow, a platform surpassing traditional RPA tools by directly integrating AI components and capabilities into the platform itself, offering a truly intelligent process automation platform for customers that is enterprise ready.Hero_Flow allows users to stitch together \'attended\' and \'unattended\' automation workflows, including the ability to build and train AI models that are directly integrated, without ever leaving the platform. When human intervention is triggered as apart of an attended workflow, a personal AI assistant called \'Robin\' steps in to finalise the automation by displaying a series of recommended steps that even non-technical users can interface with. Our strengths include security, governance, and data integration capabilities all driven via a robust back-end architecture.We\'ve been successful in automating business processes that bog down Sales, Call Center and Revenue Operations teams of the front office, as well as Financial, HR, IT, Engineering, and other Business Operations efforts of the back office. With an impressive background in high-growth technology companies, Irina is always motivating people with her endless enthusiasm and always there for her clients.
