I am a Leadership & Team Coach, Supervisor, and Mentor Coach working with leaders, teams, and coaches in transition who want to grow with clarity, integrity, and intention.With more than 20 years of global leadership experience in the technology sector, I bring a deep understanding of organizational complexity, cross-cultural leadership, and change. I have led teams across continents and languages, and I know first-hand what it means to navigate uncertainty, responsibility, and identity shifts in senior roles.Today, my work focuses on leadership coaching, team coaching, coaching supervision, and mentor coaching. As a certified practitioner (PCC, ACTC, CPCC, and ORSCC), I support clients in their reflective capacity, ethical maturity, and grounded leadership presence. My approach integrates systems thinking, somatic awareness, and deep relational work among many other modalities.I partner with leaders and teams to explore new possibilities, unlearn outdated patterns, and lead in ways that are aligned, conscious, and sustainable. Alongside this, I support coaches through supervision and mentoring to strengthen their practice, deepen self-awareness, and sustain intentional long-term impact. I work especially well with coaches who are moving from competence into mastery and want to deepen presence, ethics, and sustainability.
