Manage a small clinical caseload under supervision.Deliver training sessions to nursing staff on the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST), and lead training on basic nutrition principles for nursing staff.Independently deliver patient education sessions on various health topics, such as menopause and gestational diabetes.Facilitate education on chronic disease management, providing support across a wide range of health topics.Conduct regular audits of MUST documentation and support ward teams in its implementation.Act as a key liaison between the Dietetic team and Catering/Nursing departments to ensure cohesive care delivery.Coordinate with materials management and e-procurement teams for ordering, stock control, and distribution of specialist dietetic products.Contribute to audit and quality improvement projects in collaboration with dietitians, including data collection and presentation development.Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the operational efficiency of the dietetic department.Evaluate the impact of education initiatives through regular audits to inform service improvement.
