ABOUT IRINA BOGANI
I\'m a psychologist who got passionate about human-computer-interaction and advanced research methods. Within the years I discovered UX Research as the perfect discipline to combine my interests together with another key element for my experience: Eye-Tracking and other amazing digital tools for research! When I joined Vodafone in 2017, building a UX research laboratory was my main goal. As of today, I lead a team composed by UX Researchers and Service Designers, to support both business and design with relevant research strategies and proposals which aims to generate impactful insights that can inspire product teams and provide our customer with the best experience. Last but not least. Who said you could only have one job in your life? I also work as a freelance psychologist and psychotherapist, offering online clinical support to young adults and families on a variety of issues regarding psychological wellbeing or distress.
