ABOUT IRINA RADCHENKO

Area Executive Director serving the Green Bay and Oconto communities, leading skilled nursing and supportive home care services that help individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity at home.I began my career on the front lines as a caregiver, which shaped my practical, people-centered leadership approach. I spent six years with The Mentor Network, advancing from Program Supervisor to Program Director, overseeing residential services and leading multiple programs across the Green Bay and Oconto areas.My background spans leading operations and human resources, including roles as a Regional HR Recruiter supporting nine assisted living communities and as Human Resources Director for a skilled nursing facility. In each role, I restored regulatory compliance, and stabilized workforce operations by creating sustainable systems—not short-term fixes.Most notably, I served as Executive Director/Administrator of a 43-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community, where I led a full operational and cultural turnaround—restoring state compliance, eliminating staffing vacancies, rebuilding trust with residents and families, and sustaining 100% occupancy for five consecutive months.Today, I serve as an Area Executive Director with Almost Family, part of Optum under UnitedHealthcare. I’m known for decisive leadership, operational clarity, and the ability to stabilize, rebuild, and grow healthcare organizations—while keeping people at the center of every decision.
