ABOUT IRINA MIRA

I work on the part of AI systems that people usually don’t see. It’s what happens when you try to run them consistently at scale. A big part of this work is recognizing patterns early, before they turn into large-scale issues, and building systems that can respond before things start breaking. The stakes are usually high, so early signals matter. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across product, marketing, and operations, and more recently on large-scale AI training and evaluation workflows. I design data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops that improve model behavior through structured human input. I operate as both a builder and a strategist, working with AI teams to move from experimentation to production in a way that holds up under real-world complexity.
