Analyzing employee workloads to determine future projects assignment, considering specific skillset for each employee.• Reviewing existing contracts for various services (landscaping, arborist services, construction, mechanical equipment contracts, cleaning services and remediation contracts) to select the most efficient and qualified vendors and consultants, to adhere to the highest standards in industry.
