As Project Manager on the VMS system at Network, I lead the design and rollout of complex workforce features that directly impact operational accuracy, payroll processing, and agency workflows. My work focuses on streamlining how jobs, workers, and timesheets are managed across our network - from initial concept to production launch. Highlights- Integrated secure Webhook validation protocols and established best practices for external API consumers, enabling safer and more reliable integrations across agencies- Drove end-to-end delivery of high-impact internal features- Contested Timesheets: Launched a structured, auditable approval system for disputed hours, reducing payroll errors and support volume- Agency-Side Job Submission: Delivered a controlled workflow with multi-layer admin review, improving accountability and reducing back-office friction- Built event-driven notifications, approval queues, and real-time audit trails across core entities. Role & Focus- Translate operational pain points into structured, implementation-ready specs- Own the full delivery lifecycle - from problem framing and design handoff to QA, edge-case testing, stakeholder reviews, and post-launch support- Align VMS logic across a variety of systems and internal tools, ensuring cohesion between different systems- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Support — ensuring high-confidence releases.
