With over 20 years of work experience in health, safety and environment in the oil and gas industry, I am a passionate and dedicated EHS Contractor Management at GE Vernova. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and industry associations, to promote a safe culture. As part of my professional development, I completed the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI) at Harvard, a prestigious program that equips senior leaders with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage complex crises and emergencies. Through this program, I enhanced my leadership, communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilities, and learned how to apply the principles of meta-leadership to real-world scenarios. I have had the privilege to work in diverse geographical locations and across multiple business lines, allowing me to develop a well-rounded skill set. Some of the key skills that I bring to my role are leadership, project management, HSE management systems, auditing, HSE training and development,and occupational health and safety. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that the oil and gas and energy industries offer.
