About Irfanullah Khan
My research evaluates the impact of interventions, therapies, and healthcare policies on patient outcomes, including quality of life, mortality rates, functional skills, and healthcare utilization. Using large-scale datasets, systematic reviews, and advanced statistical methodologies, I aim to identify determinants and predictors of health outcomes, assess intervention efficacy, and provide evidence-based insights to guide healthcare decision-making.With my imminent completion of a Ph.D. in clinical pharmacy from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia, in September 2023 and academic research experience, I am eager to contribute to public health outcomes research.Master research project:During my masters research project, I worked on the diagnostic role of chronic kidney disease (CKD) biomarkers (Cystatin C and Creatinine) and estimated glomerular filtration equations to classify geriatric CKD patients from stage 3-stage 5.Ph.D. research project:My Ph.D. research was focused on developing disease progression modeling and using machine and deep learning techniques (feed-forward neural networks) by incorporating diagnostic and metabolic parameters of geriatric CKD patients.Assessment of depression among geriatric CKD patients and its risk factors by using the Beck Depression Inventory Questionnaire using PLS software.Meta-analysis article to determine the global prevalence of depression among CKD & hl=enPlease feel free to contact:i••••••••@[email protected]
