Currently, I am a part of the Microsoft Account team at HCL Technologies in Hyderabad as PMO, where I handle various responsibilities. My work primarily focuses on project coordination, compliance management, and end-to-end support for global delivery operations.I specialize in managing Statement of Work (SoW) processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed within SLA timelines. I maintain detailed trackers and centralized repositories to support audit readiness and real-time visibility of project documents.My responsibilities also include asset tracking, resource onboarding, and lifecycle management for a workforce distributed across multiple geographies. This covers everything from offer release to onboarding, background verifications (BGVs), and contract renewals, ensuring seamless operations and strict compliance with client and internal policies.In addition, I have been actively involved in: Project extensions and renewals End-to-end BGV coordination Resource assignment and allocation Smart Recruitment coordination (ensuring timely onboarding through streamlined recruitment workflows)With a strong eye for detail and a structured approach to project governance, I strive to deliver operational excellence, streamline processes, and contribute to successful project outcomes.Previous Experience – IT Logistics Executive & System Operator:In my previous role, I worked as an IT Logistics Executive and System Operator, where I was responsible for end-to-end management of IT asset logistics and system operations across multiple project environments.I handled complete inventory control, including the mapping of IT assets to purchase orders and serial numbers, and ensured timely dispatch and delivery—even to remote locations. I utilized enterprise tools such as BMC Remedy and ITHAM for asset allocation, OS installations, and tracking compliance with onboarding SLAs.Additionally, I performed regular system and hardware audits, maintained detailed MIS reports, monitored stock availability, and ensured accurate asset distribution aligned with project needs. My role also involved coordinating closely with IT logistics teams and providing ongoing user support through email and phone communications to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
