Legacy Phone System migrations at 3 locations (New Jersey, San Francisco, and Boston)- Project management of deliverables and collaboration with key stakeholders to migrate legacy telephone systems in New Jersey, San Francisco and Boston to Avaya CM VoIP and the Microsoft Teams Softphone and upgrade of standalone systems release levels.3. 10GB Switch and Firewall Refresh - Led project to refresh Cisco 3750 management switches, Cisco Nexus 2K FEXs and Juniper SRX 3600 switches that were end of line including Service Now and JIRA intake requests for rack/stack, tagging, provisioning, after-hours scheduling and status updates.4. Network Engineering SD-WAN Hardware Upgrade (BMO Cyber-Security and Compliance)- Led extensive BMO SPIR process involving Cyber-Security, Regulatory and Compliance requirements - Lead Security tasks and discussions with BMO Financial Crimes Unit and other key stakeholders on completing all required tasks and approvals- Work with various internal BMO teams including Splunk team on logging, monitoring, and validating of logs from Bell managed DNAC, ISE, SDWAN, Guest Wi-Fi and LTE devices.5. VPN as a Service (VPNaaS) Upgrade - Lead PM to upgrade BMO’s existing Pulse Secure (Ivanti) on-prem VPN to Palo Alto’s Cloud, Identity and Role-based access- Lead discussions in coordinating with several BMO technology teams (Cloud, Security, Desktop, Azure AD, QA, Firewall and Mobile) teams for requirements, tasking, and resourcing
